Statment
私たちは自然の中で生きており、自然の一部でもある。
移りゆく美しい四季の中に在り、時には過酷な災害に遭遇する。
私たちの周りには、何千年何万年とかけて生み出されてきた天然の造形がある。
山や海、花や鳥、私は様々な天然の造形美に畏敬と憧れを抱いている。
私がつくるものは全て人工の造形となるが、その中でも天然の造形美に近しいものをつくりたいと思っている。
We live within nature and are part of it.
We exist amidst the beautiful changing seasons, sometimes encountering harsh disasters.
Around us are natural forms created over thousands, even millions of years.
Mountains, seas, flowers, birds—I hold awe and admiration for the diverse beauty of these natural creations.。
Everything I create is an artificial form, yet within that, I strive to make things that come close to the beauty of natural forms.
